Finally found a place in Denver where I can get amazing vegan options at 11pm after a show at Hi-Dive. The kitchen staying open until midnight is a game-changer for us night owls.
Sputnik has become our Sunday brunch tradition. The atmosphere is laid-back, the food is consistently great, and everyone on staff makes you feel like a regular from day one.
As someone with dietary restrictions, I usually have one or two options on most menus. At Sputnik, I have a full vegan menu to choose from. It's refreshing to feel truly welcomed.
